We are a low volume clinic that operates as a direct patient pay (self-pay) model. This allows us to focus more time and energy on your care, and less on the coverage dictated by your insurance provider.
We are more than happy to provide a “super bill”, or detailed receipt of payment, for you to submit to your insurance provider for your own reimbursement for any payments that you have made to our clinic.

Transparent Pricing
We will always discuss pricing prior to proceeding with any treatment. Pricing is standardized, based on RVUs, and subject to change.
Please reach out to us for a list of our most frequent charges. For any additional procedures that may be necessary, we will provide a cost estimate prior to treatment.
Our standard office visit fees are as follows:
New Patient Evaluation: $198
Established Patient Evaluation: $162
Procedures do not include the evaluation and management for the condition, as these are billed separately.
Pathology (the reading of biopsy specimens sent to the lab) are billed out separately through LabCorp. LabCorp is contracted with most insurance plans. Please reach out to your personal insurance provider to check personal coverage for pathology through Labcorp as desired.
